A third person-shooter in which you control a group of soldiers simultaneously. move them forward, they all move along. the shoot button has all of them shoot at the center of the reticule after making sure they wouldn't shoot their teammates. If desired, a single player may be chosen, and the rest will follow closely. The player would have several upgradeable powers, and can customize them at will. Examples of these powers would be things like Gravity shift(alter gravity's strength so your assault force could leap higher, or enemy bullets sink faster...), shield, Enemy Launcher, and such omnipotent things. These would be fairly unregulated, and change the game mechanic greatly- the choice is which one. Maps of epic proportions and countless vehicles with large troop capacity would be necessary. Cover would be fairly basic, hit one button and they all attempt to find nearby cover (trees, sandbags, and the like). This would successfully bridge the gap between RTS, open-ended gaming, and 3rd-person shooter, making it into the ultimate gaming experience. Heck, tons of guns- they always make a game fun- and little to no blood so that it has a wider target area.
