Even though it wouldn't be quite as cool as Guitar Hero, or Rock Band, I think a game with a keyboard could not only be a lot of fun, but useful as well. Unlike Guitar Hero, where the skills acquired playing the game don't really translate to an actual instrument, something like Piano Star could actually teach someone to play... and make it interesting in the process.
