Feed your Beast

Multi-Player online game with single player options, where each player character is a animal living on our planet. The game would have players seek their prey in their natural habitat. Your goal is to stay alive, seeking the prey you can kill/eat (which will increase our health/stamina/???) while avoiding becoming another players (or games NPC) dinner. Players would start out with character choices like, Bird of Prey, Canine, Feline, or Reptile. They would start out as one of the lowest level of their chosen classification, and would advance to upper (larger, more powerful) classifications as they gain experience/lives/points/what-ever. Example: Player-A chooses Canine and starts out as a Fox. After he has successfully hunted and survived as a fox, Player-A would advance to a Coyote, then wolf, etc. Maybe the character lines could split so the player could choose to advance to wither a Coyote or Badger - with the Badger leading up to a Bear. Player-B chooses Bird-of-Prey. Starting out as a young hawk he flies around the Rocky Mountains, or the swamps of Florida, looking for mice. Advances to Falcon, then either to Owl, or Eagle. Look out for player-C as he is an alligator just waiting for Player-B to swoop down for a fish. This would be a first person game that behind the scene would be teaching the players about the animals, lifestyles and habitats of the creatures around them. Every character would be somewhere in the food chain. The largest animals could be hunted/threatened by humans or by each other. The game would have to let the players use the senses and abilities of the animal they are, like vision (eyes), hearing (ears), and olfactics (nose). You would have a couple attacks (bite/claw) and defenses (dodge/jump) depending on your animal type. Players could even work together as packs to kill larger beasts, and then share (or not) the fruits of their hunt. There could be several views of perspective (like in a flight sim or auto car race), inside the eyes, above and behind, etc... Well, I could go on and on, (and will if you like this). Thanks for letting me express my thoughts about this long throughout game. Have a great day and don't forget, Pick-Me... L8tr............ Dave
